How long would we address payment queries after they have occurred?

In accordance with our most recent policy update, we will not be able to address requests for payments that have been denied, placed on hold, remain unclaimed, or are in the in-review state on your stats and payroll if such inquiries are made after a period of 6 months has elapsed.
We strongly encourage you to reach out for any concerns as promptly as possible when such issues arise.
