Why is my Payment status showing 'Failed' ?

image__10_.pngWe request you to please check your PayPal account whether it is verified or not.

To update your PayPal account, simply click on your 'Name' (present at the top right corner) -> Account -> Payment, remove the present account by tapping on delete icon and then configure a new verified PayPal account.

Once your PayPal is verified, we suggest you retry payment by clicking on the 'Retry Payment' Icon present under 'Last Updated' located in the extreme right of the page as shown in the above picture.

We suggest you please wait for a few days once you submit your request, your desired payment will be processed soon by our payment team.
